We are 6 agents working in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Malibu, Palm Springs, Lake Tahoe and Miami. Each of us covers a few neighborhoods we know street by street, and we keep our lists short on purpose, so that the agent you speak to on the first call is the one who comes to every viewing and sits beside you at closing.

We would rather tell you a house is overpriced than sell it to you. That means pulling permit histories before you fall in love with a kitchen, reading the condo association minutes nobody else reads, and telling sellers plainly what their home is worth. It is slower than the alternative, and it is the reason clients come back.

How a Purchase Runs

Day 1A first call about budget, areas, timing and must-haves. We tell you honestly what the money buys where you want to live.
Week 1A shortlist of homes that fit, including ones not yet on the market, and the first viewings, in person or by video.
Weeks 2 to 4Second viewings, permit history, recent sales and disclosures, so your offer is based on facts rather than hope.
Offer acceptedInspections, insurance quotes and the loan process. We keep every deadline in the contract on a shared timeline.
30 to 45 daysA final walk-through, signing with the escrow or title company, and the keys. We stay on call after you move in.
