How long has the property been on the market?
Each listing page shows the date it was listed. A long time on the market can mean the price is high, or simply that the home suits a narrower group of buyers. We can tell you the listing history, including any price changes, before you offer.
How do I book a viewing?
Use the "Book a viewing" form on any listing page. Choose a date and a rough time of day and we will confirm a slot by email, usually within one working day. Video viewings are available for buyers who cannot travel.
Is this a real agency?
No. This is a concept website designed and built by Geminate Solutions to show what a modern agency site can do. The listings, agents and articles are sample content, but the forms really work: messages you send are stored and read by the Geminate Solutions team.
What happens to the details I send through a form?
Your message is stored securely so the team can reply by email, usually within one working day. We only use your details to respond to you. The privacy policy explains exactly what we keep and for how long.
Where are my saved homes stored?
Saved homes are kept in your own browser using local storage. Nothing is sent to us, there is no account to create, and clearing your browser data removes them.
